Caesar's Field Battles Matter

The britons resorted to the same tried and true strategy that most peoples do when they can't field a field army. And caesar's left trying to deal with what ars, if you read between the lines, to be a rather vicious counter insurgency war of the sort you saw all through the twentieth century. The romans were very good at these, by the way. It sounds particularly vicious. So lot of stuff ahead for caesar, no time to mess around in in britain. And it was an easy task dealing with any field battles. Caesar probably fought more field battles than anybody you can think of from that era.
