Is the Government Doing Something About Period Poverty?

Around 23 million irls drop out of school annually due to period poverty. Countries like south africa, canada, australia, columbia, malasia, nicaragua, jamaica, nigeria, uganda and trinidad and tobacgo have all scrapped the period tax. But lowering taxes doesn't automatically translate to improved accessibility.
