Are We Building Cross Cutting Social Ties Between People From Different Backgrounds?
The idea being that we need to be intentional about building cross cutting social ties between people of different backgrounds. My think is more along the lines of like americor, which is a broader umbrella of service programs. Right now, i think Americaar can support something like 75 thousand candidates per year but if you were to expand that to two million or five million, it would have massively positive effects.
