Soup Vide - You Can Set It and Forget It

Sous vide is a fairly forgiving cooking technique but you can absolutely leave things cooking for too long. You can pasteurize your eggs using sous vide at 134 degrees Fahrenheit which is the sweet spot and then you can make cookie dough with egg that behave as if they're raw eggs but there's no bacteria it's great. The biggest benefit for people who are into fitness typically is very lean of meat so  you can cook them perfectly not super flavorful cuts like ribs or steaks to be perfect every time. I would strongly recommend anyone who maybe wants to spice up their food preps a little bit yeah.
