If that necessitates messing around a little bit with the requirements or with the competition to get into West Point or the Naval Academy, they are willing to do it because they think that it's so important that that be done. And all I'm saying is that sort of thinking should be expanded to some degree. The issue is apparently there is some reason that lowering standards make sense with the army and the navy.
