The Reserve Bank's Predictions for Australia's Property Markets
In its quarterly statement on monetary policy, the Reserve Bank recently outlined some of the challenges it expects to be facing. The banks lowered its growth forecast for our economy but substantially lifted its inflation forecasts or since the last statement in May quarter of a year ago. It's forecast our CPI is going to reach 7.75% by the end of the year and then it's going to start dropping closer to within its band that it's wanting. But that'll take some time. We like talking about big picture factors that are going to affect our economy and our property markets.
