Autism Camp Australia: A Journey of 25 Years

I've worked across charities, not for profits, huge big international businesses, small little sort of cottage industry businesses. And the common thread really has been that my work has mostly been about creating social change. My daughter was diagnosed with ASD just around two years ago. Getting that diagnosis was probably the best thing that ever happened because then we actually started to understand what was really going on. We were able to inform ourselves as parents about what we needed to do to support her. I have a background in design and professional qualifications in marketing, but a lot of the actual running of businesses has been a very hands-on process over the last 25 years.
