Central Bank License

The region is different because it's very fragmented. And I think when you make a stakeholder, so the main and the most important stakeholder is central bank. The openness that we saw and the framework that they all use to adapt with the innovation that happened with the market. It makes me think that the central bank has two main responsibility. One is enablement to enable the market, create the infrastructure, set the lot of regulation and the framework. Second thing is observation and sizing. Observation means that issue, the issue, it's not about number of licenses. It's about what the license is about. That one and two, how many numbers of the license should be issued?
