Why Explain Is More Commonly Used Than Explanate in English
Blacari gave rise to another very, very obscure word, a thing is only in the o e d, which is inexplicat i n e x p l i c a n t. I thought it would be nice if inexplicant referred to a person who could not be explained, kind of like a supplicant is a means o means inexplicant. To me, feels like it should mean an inexplainable person, but it doesn't. Could also mean a person who refuses to explain. Even better, i like them both. We can do what we can.
