The Cost of Maintenance for a Customer Success Product?
It's not just how much is it going to take to build it to scale, but it's the cost on the engineering side. We had a particular capability inside like to know it, which is a consumer app for reward style. And I really liked the capability a lot, but it was very much like a different app. Once we have it out there, it's hard to sunset features, particularly those that are used by heavy loyal base.
