If the cows rose up with weapons and declared their sovereignty, that's the point at which say, ok, this is like an actual nother sovereign actor. So it's almost like the rights have to be claimed or taken by force. The cols wouldn't have to pick up arms, so to say, they would just have to start to trade, you know, and ask for a price. If he cow started to trade with us and became a conscious economic actor, then rothward would say, hay guys, we should stop eating those cows that are trading with us.
