I remember being 18 and having bleeding lungs for the first time. It was a serious case of pneumonia that took a couple weeks in hospital to recover from. But when you're 18 years of age and you literally stare what you think to be your potential death in the eyes, I had this life realisation. Even today, I think about that moment every day. The second is the first time that I thought I was dying. And at the time I should preface that I was so focused on making money - not once in that whole trip did I realise how important my family were to me.
In 2020, Bradley found himself questioning death. He was 24 and lying in hospital bed with bleeding lungs caused by his condition, cystic fibrosis. Three years later, he has run multiple marathons, left behind his successful career as a realtor and is now running his podcast 'A Lot To Talk About', sharing his story. This week we break down his journey, including his philosophy towards overcoming the adversity we all face in our 20s, whatever that may be. We dive into the psychology of living with a chronic disease and how Bradley's entire perspective has changed since 2020. Listen to his inspiring story and interview now.
