Ice Fishing in the North Sea
Amitav Ghosh is author of The Nutmeg's Curse, Parables for a Planet in Crisis. He met up with Mark William Damsel on the Exeter River in New Hampshire as he was busy working outside his ice shack. "I've fished all my life on the river and it's a lot of fun," says Damsel. Next week Living on Earth will feature homeless people in New Hampshire to support their recycling efforts.
