Introduction
Musician and composer Cosmo Sheldrake has taken on the ocean with his new album, Wild Wet World. It's composed entirely of marine recordings taken over a ten-year period - from snapping shrimp to damaged coral reefs popping as they burst back into life. He says he chose sounds that had musical potential but also just tried to pick sounds that sort of helped,. you know, somehow we've been this narrative together in some of these different stories I encountered along the way.
