Is There a Socialism in the United States?
There's no external owner of the postal service is owned by the federal government. The Tennessee Valley Authority is another example,. Amtrak is another example, public utilities throughout the U.S. They all kind of structure the same way. And then beyond that, you have the social wealth fund approach where instead of setting up each entity as being a hundred percent state-owned, you create a fund with money and disperse control over existing firms. Then I would say the last one is the worker co-op kind of model where the workers in each firm would become shareholders and then they would appoint the board and then off you go.
