The Utilitarian Worldview of SOD

I don't disagree that they have all these kind of rules and structures and things in place to try to recreate systems that already exist actually in many ways. I think the utilitarian worldview as it were does really focus on sensation and pleasure and the avoidance of pain and you know minimizing suffering which is why actually a lot of them seem to combine kind of veganism or ineffective altruism for solutions to things like malaria at the same time are interested in polyamory. In a sense SOD is the sort of the great poet of the the Bay Area, perhaps San Francisco worlds perhaps San Francisco.
