Sarcasm is a surprising trait of Jesus. He says, I've done many good works among you for which of these good works are you stoning me? Man, you know, he just hits them in. Another thing that C.S. Lewis says is that we're not called upon to judge him. But if he is not who he says he is, well, then he's rude and being too harsh or whatever.
