Is There a Process of Elite?

I think generally speaking what you're describing holds true. What's interesting is some of the exceptions. And in some cases, you know, somebody doesn't have much education at all. They become ultra wealthy and they don't go the traditional path or kind of brown nose their way into an elite circle. But when it comes to the people who are actually making the decisions for the most part, they are chosen in the way that we've sort of described up to this point.
