The Importance of Humility and Courage in Decision Making

I love these probabilistic thinking models and really studying the art of decision making. I think it's a challenge for every leader that's facilitated by being brave enough to seek out colleagues, employees and advisors who will tell you when you're screwing up. It is the insecure leader who just appoints sick of fans who tell them that they're doing a great job.
