Is the Fed Against the People's Bank of China?

For the first time in living memory, china's going to be moving in exactly the opposite direction from the fed. What that means in terms of economic growth and really, you know, financial, financial market to benefit two dozen? I think that could possibly happen in europe, because the europe central bank still going to have interest rates super, super low. Is not going to be raising them this year, unless something very surprising happens.
