Is This a Bacterial Infection or an EOS?

It's a lymphocytic predominance with a hypoglycoarachialo CSF glucose. So we don't know if they're lymphocytes, mono's, EOS or otherwise. As you said, this could be anything infectious inflammatory or neoplastic. I would definitely want to start some kind of impure therapy while awaiting these tests coming back. Definitely want at the very least to know about cryptococcus and other environmental fungi.
