Psychopaths inevitably pass from the idealization phase where you're placed on a pedestal to a devaluation phase in all of their relationships. This is part and parcel of their personality disorder to become bored and emotionally detached from every person they are with. A narcissist partner requires constant reinsurance of their superiority to other women especially since the psychopath with this constant flirting and cheating gives or plenty of reasons to be jealous of them. During the devaluation phase the malignant narcissist begins to reward almost exclusively by the punishment of other women that he hooks up with.
