Donald Trump's Gagging Order

The judge said in the arraignment today, although I'm not going to issue a gag order. Donald Trump just finished remarks at his home in Florida in which he called the prosecutors an animal, a racist, and a lunatic bomb thrower. The question I guess is what does it take to get a gag? Or I remember Roger Stone making threatening noises at a judge and not getting sanctioned really.
