I really like to take a very free form, creative, open-ended approach to this. There's no right or wrong way to do it. Any positive thoughts or feelings are totally valid and once you start having these thoughts and feelings, you can direct them towards anyone in any way that you like. And as long as you're enjoying it, it's fair game.
