I'd love to have 30 businesses that we're just paying it around right if one person gets a client everybody's going to benefit with some ownership or equity on the backside for me so that's a business play I've become very good at retaining clients retaining people retaining those relationships and a lot of agencies do not do that gives us a superpower. Why don't people look for already cash flowing profitable businesses buying them out from an owner that doesn't want to be there anymore hint most people over 65 owned businesses and are going to sell them in the next decade right buy those out put in your own operating system bring some technology to the interface treat customers better than they could and then do it again
