Moral Uncertainty and Population Ethics

The standard way of thinking about appropriate action under moral uncertainty is to maximise the expected value. But some theories are structurally not amenable to treatment by this approach. So there's been a desire for an approach to moral uncertainty that has a broader tent of theories that it can handle. The parliamentary model might be able to solve these problems, but as far as I know they have not yet been made very precise at the level of participants in a debate.
