I think we went over some of this last time, but this obviously is always changing like I mentioned before. Couple areas I really want to make sure we dive deeper into one being the electrolyte piece. They kept coming up and I don't remember specifically them coming up last time. So I'm curious, is this a newer addition for you or just something you're making more of a priority in the last bit? And then it sounds like you're having them throughout the day. Are you drinking plain water too? Or is it electrolytes all the time? It just electrolyes all the time.
