CNN Anchor Don Lemon Berated on Live TV
CNN anchor Don Lemon was removed from the air for almost one week as the media conglomerate grappled with what to do about his sexist comments on live TV against Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley. The newscaster refers to Ms. Haley as quote, not in her prime stating that a woman is considered to be in her prime in her 20s 30s and maybe her 40s. His co-anchors of the news program 40 year old Poppy Harlow quipped, I think we need to qualify. After Lemon was berated February 16th on live TV by the other two women on the show, CNN executive Chris Light said he would receive formal training upon returning to work.
