In season, on a regular day, if I'm squatting, it's only like sets of like three and then the last couple sets are two reps. And what about off season? Eight to five, probably to finish. You're talking guys over 50, which we're all about higher reps. But I don't put that much on the on the bar, honestly. A lot of my kicking is fast twitch muscles.
