I wanted kind of to put God back in his ancient cultural habitat. I also wanted people to understand that we navigate or we imagine the otherworldly and we often imagine the other worldly in terms of our own bodies. How these ancient societies understood in turpities certain aspects of their bodies very much framed and shaped the ways in which they imagined their gods and their gods bodies.
