Major Injuries Hurt a Lot More Than Others

When we have a major injury, we do a lot of work to fix it. And so i never go ahead and get it fixed, which means that i have that same niggling, nagging pain that never goes away. So the challenge is, how do you make people realize that their house's infested with cockroaches, not just that, oh, maybe they should wait a little while longer cause it's not so bad?
