I had really really crappy parents right and they were crappy in a very specific way like no one beat me my parents didn't sexually abuse me. There was an immense amount of neglect and an emotional abandonment not literal physical abandonment but although there was some of that. I felt very abandoned unsafe and neglected right as a kid so that that creates a hole Right all that trauma all that that um trauma is what it is it creates a hole"
