Climbing a New Route or First Avenue Peak
In July this year, we managed to do the first ascent of a relatively easy peak in the hunsa region. It was still extremely pleasurable in is own wayti, iad a mixture satisfaction and frustration. There's an analogy there also with something that er wellington wrote about napoleon. He compared his plans to a british hunting saddle where eno something breaks,. And so the analogy there is that, yes, it does need a lot of planning to carry out. But you can make up for less in perfect planning by working really, really hard at the time on the trip.
