How to Manage Medium Term Rentals

Jesse: I've got some medium term rentals that I'm in the process of developing right now and trying to get furnished. It feels like furniture is on backwater everywhere, but we're trying to get that going. As far as the ballpark and budget and things like that go, it really just depends on the size of the property. Operational costs aren't super expensive in this space. You know, it does take time to maintain and to set up. But our three bedroom two bass that I like to operate are typically like 20, 23,000 to, you know, get up and going.
