Lary: Brain and mental health is a daily practice, just like physical health. If you want to have a good day, it starts the night before. When i go to bed, i say a prayer, and then i go what went well. And for me, where i live, i see a lot of humming birds and butterflies, and i just focus on them. I still grieve my dad but that doesn't mean i didn't grieve these habits as well.
