Is There a Trade-Off Between Precision and Scale in Podcasting?

Programmatic has become attractive because there are smaller shows on there. More and more shows pop up that they don't have enough downloads to justify direct contact with an advertiser. So I think there are the options there but yeah I don't think anybody's very excited right now to spend additional money to target something that doesn't add a ton more for them.
