A Harvard study looked at 59 large restaurant chains. It found that menu labelling did not change the calory content of continuously offered items. But when they introduced new stuff, rilhas 25 % fewer calories. That's only true of fast food places. Every other kind of esta blushment that is governed by this policy either had their calories stay same or go up.
