Being Self Aware Is Superimportant in Any Leadership Role
The monon ones, for me, aren't really about the business as much as it is about how they're doing and how they are feeling. So my goal is just to check in with them. I might pick a pick apart myself, like later on, and analyze why they didn't like that project or why they did like that project. Got so it's just about them. That time is important to me, and it's all about them. And i need to know. Well, and you're hitting on a big point, which being self aware. The worst leaders are the ones who are not self aware about their faults. Nobody's perfect.
