How to Master in the Box Digitally

I really like working with analog gear. I like the way it sounds. And I like not looking at my screen. So yeah, I know it's a pain. But that's kind of how I like to work. The biggest problem I've had with mastering desks is first of all, they all are there acoustically. They sound like shit. Like they're either too high or, you know, they’re not transparent. You get all these first reflections and things that can kind of interfere with the way you're listening to stuff.
