How to Release Your Anxiety

The more that we gratify the mind, the more it cycles. Let yourself move your anxieties through because they wanna be noticed. Write out a list of all the things that you're worrying about or that you're afraid of in the moment and then read them out loud. You can do this wherever you want; if you have a little cauldron, great. If you wanna do it in your fireplace or any burn safe bowl, awesome. And just make sure after he/she puts the ashes outside and bury them somewhere in the earth. It's important for us to not create a story out of everything, but let our body just have the experience without labeling it so we can heal
