FC Capital's Control Over Their $30 Million of Cash
Big Review TV had $30 million of cash, but was not making any interest on it. The company faked the money by using a cooperative financing company to push money into their accounts. They would then use some of that for working capital and other expenses. And if they didn't like what they were doing, they could just find another customer who did.
