Performance is never a goal, it's always a byproduct or a side effect. The mind will figure out an antidote to whatever your new trick is. Every trick has a shelf life. That's why every red pill was formed by a blue pill. It isn't about how can I perform better but what are the problems and what are the things that have hampered my performance.
