The Importance of Race in America
In America too, that has never been the only racial distinction, but it has been the most important. But to then try to apply that to something like the Third Reich is making the exact the mistake that you worry about in your book. And they say white supremacy in China, right, because by definition, if the Han said it's going to hit minorities, they must somehow by alchemy become white, right. I mean, it all seems like it's part of that same basic conceptual cognitive mistake.
