The Smiths haunted the 90s anyway, they're jangly and intimate malevolence. The Sundays lead singer is named Harriet Wheeler. There's a cart wheeling through the art museum quality to her voice even when she's at her most placid on this song however she is contemplative but not especially placid. We forgot the time I Kicked a Boy to Climb. Just stupendous. This is the true killer line though. Harriet Wheeler could kick Morrissey's ass up and down the street. She's so badass. So many badass female singers.
