Mindfulness - The First Aggregate of Rupa
The first foundation of mindfulness is paying attention to the aggregate, the physical elements of the body. You might spend some time just focusing on feelings, vatn, turning into whether you are tasting that experience as being pleasant or unpleasant or neutral. What becomes very obvious in doing this, but is not so obvious if we don't do it is how changeable these feelings areow these experiences of things being pleasant and unpleasant.
