The cultural sector is actually a really brilliant example for studying these tensions of well being, data measurement and social impact that i have described so far. So there are a number of key arguments for ways that culture improves well being. And historically, culture has been used in policy to to use, for want of a better word, improve the working classes. S ther's rather naive idea of how culture can change society for the better has quite long histories.
