A'ar. Aar.
A'ar. A'ar. a'ar. an 'a'ar,' says former President George W. Bush. "I don't think it's fair to say that I'm the only one who can do something," he said of his role as president in 2009. The U.S. government has spent more than $1 billion on infrastructure projects since 2001, including nearly $500 million for new roads and bridges. It is estimated that there will be at least 10 trillion gallons of water pumped into the United States this year alone due to natural causes or man-made sources such as climate change. There have been no direct reports of any human casualties from these efforts so far.
