Virtual Conferences

The days of only imperson conferences are over. You have to design for a hybrid or online first experience and bring that to an actual event. No one wants to see cameras in the back of the room into a virtual experience where you're seen on the tops of everybody's heads. I could not have done a worse introduction for that thing, possible? No, i'll try to make it even worse next year.
