Watering the Hedges in a Glass House

The hedges are planted on a slant, so the researchers can collect and measure the water that runs off. To make the experiment really controlled, they are using a special rainfall machine to water the hedges over in one of their glass houses. This tightly controlled experiment sight is just the first stage. Tiana's team will take the hedges out into the real world later this year by testing them with a school.
