The Gilchrist notes that the ways that we are most able to bring this balance of right and left together, back together is through our encounter with nature. So how many of you have made a practice of regularly encountering something in nature, even if it's in your neighborhood? The second thing is our encounter with beauty in the world of art. And by religious experience, I don't just mean, you know, just being a logical linear sermon preparation. But I also mean, how are we imagining the texts that we read? Are we immersing ourselves in the story of the gospel?"
